Taiwan Civic Tech Community Survey
Analyzed 127 survey responses collected by g0v.tw jothon. People who hadn't joined yet were most often stuck on "not knowing which projects to join"; technical barriers ranked only fourth. This showed the community that it needed shared experience more than technical tutorials, and the open-source writing pipeline was designed from that finding.
