Representing Open Culture Foundation (OCF) with Legislative Yuan staff and legislatorsReviewed action plan progress in bimonthly meetings and provided civil society recommendations. Upon recognizing collaboration bottlenecks, introduced UX research resources to systematically map communication pain points between civil members and Legislative Yuan staff, and established improvement mechanisms accordingly.

Animal Companions Disaster Guide × SafeCard
Commissioned by Watchout to write Taiwan's first disaster preparedness guide for pet owners, turning complex emergency knowledge into accessible, practical content that received widespread media coverage. After publication, recognizing owners needed a portable quick-reference card, built and open-sourced SafeCard — a tool that lets owners enter pet info and print a custom preparedness card.
