Taiwan's Civic Tech Ecosystem and Passing On Experience

g0v Jothon commissioned me to build guides that help newcomers get involved in civic tech. Before writing anything, I ran systematic research into who is in the community, how newcomers find their way in, what gets in their way, and how their needs differ from those of long-time participants. I then wrote the guides for what each group needs.

I also built a human–AI writing pipeline that makes it easier for community contributors to write up what they know, so the guides can keep growing. This talk shares the research findings and this approach.
